Pricing
All pricing is charged on a sliding scale and billed based on the number of onsite managers within each account. Onsite managers can be added or removed at anytime without penalty within the admin account page. Additionally, each onsite manager can be set up to be billed back to a specific property in order to allocate costs to that specific properties expenses, while maintaining the bulk rate reduction.

*MyOnSiteManager has partnered with ADP for all payroll services. MyOnSiteManager has negotiated a discount rate along with a streamline manager setup for all clients. All ADP fees are separate from MyOnSiteManager fees. ADP fees include Payroll processing, proper withholdings, managing deductions, and providing each OnSiteManager with their own portal.
**Assist with monthly payroll compliance, processing reimbursements related to mileage, petty cash, and gas; support MyOnSiteManagers with check stubs, provide annual W2s, and verify monthly hours are input into ADP.
